Your typical 26 and 2 practised in 40 degrees heat you will sweat! Focusing on a set sequence you’ll feel the stretches get deeper with the added benefit of the heat.

On the first floor you’ll find of our low impact classes such as Barre, Reformer Pilates and Yoga, including Hot Yoga. Remember though, low impact doesn’t mean you won’t be working hard!
Each floor has toilet facilities and the first floor houses our changing rooms as well as our therapy room and chill out area for you to enjoy and coffee, catch up on work or friends!
